We dispatch within 1-3 business days. Delivery is usually 7-15 business days after that, occasionally up to 20 — some items ship from overseas, which is how we keep shipping free. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or replacement, no reason needed. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Just email us and we'll walk you through it.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties depending on your country. Those charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in the order total.
